The Tanzania Roads Association (TARA) has established cooperation with the International Road Federation (IRF) Geneva Programme Centre and the Tanzania Transportation Technology Transfer (TanT2) Centre, Ministry of Works, Transport and Communication in Tanzania in the exchange and transfer of road transport knowledge, technology, experiences, and best practices to address the challenges facing the road and transport sector in Tanzania and other developing countries of Africa, thereby contributing in the provision of better, safer and more sustainable roads and road networks. Signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation took place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania on 20th May 2018.
