The Secretariat of TARA is located in Dar es Salaam. It is composed of three elected TARA Office bearers who are the Chairperson, the Honorary Secretary, and the Honorary Treasurer; and other staffs who are recruited on contract basis as the need arises. It provides a secretarial service for the Council, the Executive Committee and the Sub- Committees.
